Ps. Jeff Jay is a seasoned pastor, chaplain, and veteran with more than 30 years of faithful ministry and leadership. An Assemblies of God licensed and ordained minister, Jeff brings a deep commitment to spiritual formation, pastoral care, and mentoring, shaped by decades of service in churches, hospitals, and military settings. He holds a Master of Divinity from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and a Master of Theology in Ethics from Duke Divinity School, as well as four units of Clinical Pastoral Education.
Jeff serves on the board of Yeshua Ministry, offering wisdom, governance, and guidance drawn from his broad ministry experience. He also currently serves as a hospice chaplain, providing compassionate spiritual, emotional, and existential care to patients and families while collaborating closely with healthcare teams and local clergy.
A retired Army Chaplain with 20 years of military service, Jeff has served as a senior pastor, youth pastor, and hospital chaplain, bringing faith, steadiness, and hope into life’s most challenging moments. He believes in living a properly ordered life, loving God, loving family, loving others, and embracing the joy of life.
